Our esthetician will use high-end facial products designed to give your skin a thorough cleansing, exfoliation and the nourishment it needs leaving it glowing and refreshed. Extractions included if needed.

Dermaplane Add On

A la Carte or $30 ADD-ON to any facial. Our esthetician is skilled in dermaplane exfoliation, a technique used to remove dead cells and vellus hairs (peach fuzz) on the surface of the skin using a special blade. Procedure includes skin cleanse, dermaplane, mask and post care treatment.

Chemical Peels

This treatment is designed to reduce the signs of aging including sun damage, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores, fine lines, dull skin and even acne. Procedure includes skin cleanse, peel application, dermaplane and post care steps.

SkinPen Microneedling

Skinpen is the first FDA-cleared micro needling treatment and preferred by physicians and aestheticians. Usually we recommend a package of 3 for this reason. The Skinpen has been used to treat acne and scarring. It works wonders with uneven, damaged skin with uneven texture.

Low Light Level Therapy

This is a quick, non-invasive treatment for dry eyes which uses a specially designed red light mask to stimulate and trigger endogenous heating of the eyelids helping them to function more optimally. Usually takes 3-4 treatments spaced 1-2 weeks apart. Procedures includes quick lid cleaning, light mask treatment and post care.

Lumenis OptiLight IPL

First and only Intense Pulse Light (IPL) Treatment, FDA-approved to manage dry eye. This procedure is fast, simple and addresses underlying inflammation associated with dry eye. Usually takes 3-4 treatments spaced 2-3 weeks apart.

IPL works great for dry eye but it all started as a way to treat skin conditions such as rosacea - tiny blood vessels or redness on the skin and the results are amazing! It’s also used to treat pigmented age spots on the face, chest, hands as well as acne and even hair removal.

Many can use help with their eyelid health…especially if you have an auto-immune condition, rosacea, take medications, work on a screen or outside, have had refractive surgery, pregnant or taking contraceptives, wears cosmetics or have a hormonal imbalance. These are all things that contribute to dry eyes, a chronic eye condition that can be debilitating and will make wearing contact lenses difficult or seeing clearly with or without your glasses.

At Allure Eyecare + Aesthetics in Bloomington, we use meibomian gland imaging (to assess your oil producing glands) to determine if damage is present and contributing to your symptoms. You don’t have to have dry eyes to use our services, once again we are here for prevention and overall healthy skin care (and self-care)!
